Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s day‑to‑day operational activities across multiple business functions.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and international growth plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Board to support the company’s long‑term business expansion.
- Oversee operational governance, financial processes, compliance coordination, and organizational efficiency management.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, and Strategic Partnerships.
- Optimize operational frameworks, reporting structures, and internal performance standards.
- Drive operational scalability and support the company’s expansion into new international markets.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall organizational performance to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Assist with investor relations, corporate partnerships, and various strategic initiatives.
- Ensure that the company’s operational policies align with established UK and international business standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior operational management or executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience serving as a Chief Operating Officer (COO), Director of Operations, Executive Director, Managing Director, or in an equivalent senior leadership position.
- Deep industry background in Financial Services, Consulting, Investment, FinTech, or International Business.
- Practical experience managing cross‑departmental and cross‑border operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational management skills.
- In‑depth understanding of corporate governance, operational risk management, and business compliance matters. Possess experience working within fast‑paced, high‑growth, or international business environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA, CFA, or other advanced professional certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and navigate high‑level strategic decision‑making processes.

- Prior experience working within UK or international financial institutions.
- Knowledge of operational transformation and business process optimization.
- Experience assisting with fundraising activities, establishing strategic partnerships, or driving corporate expansion.
