Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager – Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers in Financial Services. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.

Success Measures

  • Pipeline influence and revenue contribution from ABM accounts
  • Account engagement metrics and program ROI
  • Sales team satisfaction scores
  • Program execution quality and timeliness
  • Process improvement and best practice contributions

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working in and/or with the Financial Services Industry
  • Design and execute account‑specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Create and implement multi‑channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
  • Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
