ER Advisor

We are working with a rapidly growing electronic distributor based in the Burnley area, now seeking a ER Advisor to join the team. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. This has the opportunity to become a permanent full time position.Having taken the UK market by storm, this business now partners with over companies, supplying some of the highest quality products nationwide. It’s a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment offering the chance to make real impact.The RoleReporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive ER support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions.
