We are working with a rapidly growing electronic distributor based in the Burnley area, now seeking a ER Advisor to join the team. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. It’s a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment offering the chance to make real impact.The RoleReporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive ER support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions. Youll offer guidance on all people-related matters, ensure HR policies and processes are adhered to, and manage employee data and reporting to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Advise and support stakeholders on a range of HR and employee relations issues- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and company policies- Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making- Support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence management, and policy queries- Promote best practices and contribute to HR process improvementsAbout You- Previous HR advisory experience is essential, managing cases- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office- Organised, analytical, and proactive in your approachSalary & Benefits- Salary up to £30,- Healthcare- Life Assurance- Enhanced Pension & Maternity Benefits- Loyalty Bonus…
