Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for Care AssistantsAre you kind, caring and want to make a difference?Then come join our Team!Work Schedule:5:00 PM to 10:00 PM**Driving license essential with access to vehicle and must have the right to work in the UK **  Responsibilities include:Home Help – Helping with everyday tasks from tidying, laundry, hoovering and meal preparation/cooking.Companionship – Ensuring clients enjoy social interactions daily from chatting, playing their favourite board games etc., to going on social outing days or accompanying to appointments/shopping.Personal care – Supporting clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming to keep them healthy and independent.Medication support – prompting, assisting & administeringOur promise to you:Minimum one-hour visits.Introductions to all clientsVisiting the same clients to allow you to build up a relationship and our clients have continuity.Benefits include:Rate of pay £13.00 per hourMileage contributionPaid travel timeGuaranteed hour contracts availableContinuity of client’sAuto enrolment pension schemeFull training given where we provide award training and opportunities to develop your careerEmployee Assistant Programme – access to employee support linesExclusive discounts – High street stores, Supermarkets.
