Description :What you’ll be doingDelivering advanced Mathematics (Levels 3–5) to Royal Navy personnel at HMS Collingwood and periodically (every 2 years for 3 weeks) at HMS Drake (Hydrography Department).If qualified Deliver Physics (Level 3, 4 & 5) Supporting continuous improvement in training quality, performance, and teaching practices, including the integration of learning technologies.Contributing to transformation initiatives, particularly within learning service delivery, aligning with broader programme objectives.Leveraging experience in defence training environments, ideally within the Royal Navy, to enhance instructional effectiveness.Building strong customer relationships and collaborate across functional teams to support service delivery and performance improvements.What we’re looking forEssential Skills/Experience/QualificationsMaths DegreeDesirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:Physics qualification to at least GCSE levelPrevious teaching experience would be highly desirableTeaching qualification to at leave level 3 would be advantageousUnderstanding of the Royal NavyAbout SelborneSelborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training.
