Join the Evri Hub Team and take control of a critical operation that keeps the UK moving while the rest of the world sleeps. Evri is recruiting an Hub Operations Manager, for our NS shift, to help keep our national parcel network running smoothly. As an Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the operational performance of your shift. You’ll lead the Outbound teams, Manual and International processes, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient and high-performing operation. You’ll be responsible for creating a high‑performance culture, driving KPIs, maximising resource planning, solving operational challenges and delivering exceptional service for our clients.
