Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, email-driven environment and who can communicate clearly, manage priorities effectively, and build strong working relationships across teams. The Service Coordinator contributes to meeting SLAs, reducing operational risk, and maximising customer satisfaction through accurate record-keeping and effective job allocation. Key Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for service requests from customers and internal teams. Allocate work across cleaning teams within the Banking and O&P sectors. Manage reactive service requests by logging emails, formally accepting tasks, and routing requests accurately. Coordinate planned works, manage client queries, and handle Out of Office responses. Process and prioritise a high volume of emails (approximately 500–600 per day). Allocate jobs to in-house field cleaning teams or subcontractors as appropriate. Update clients clearly and accurately on actions taken and job progress. Support SLA performance through timely allocation, clear communication, and accurate system updates. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in a similar role managing tickets, queries or high-volume inboxes. Confidence using computer-based systems and navigating workflow tools. Spreadsheet / Excel knowledge is beneficial. FM background is advantageous. Experience in temporary or agency roles considered, depending on circumstances. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
