Are you keen to join and play a pivotal role within a prominent, specialist practice where youu2019ll take the lead on a variety of projects and advisory services in the pre-acquisition and post-deal M&A environments?

What the day will look like

Leading end to end Human Capital engagements across full deal life cycle including due-diligence and implementation/integration advisory projects for private equity and corporate clients in support of their M&A processes.

Driving project management engagement including preparing client proposals

Collaborating closely with clients and other top tier advisers.

Coordinating internal Aon expertise, resources and solutions across various practices and geographies and building an internal network.

Determining opportunities for cross-selling other Aon products, services, and solutions.

Facilitating post-close implementation opportunities in our wider business.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Demonstrable experience supporting M&A transactions, including HR due-diligence, integration, and post-deal harmonisation

Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits and total rewards, focusing on the UK/EMEA and exposure to global programmes

Ability to analyse sophisticated qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into clear, commercially relevant insights

Combines attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and advise at a deal level

Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior collaborators and clients

Experience with pension and benefits structures, including Defined Benefit schemes and relevant financial standards (e.g. IAS19 / ASC 715), with desirable actuarial or C&B qualifications
