Salesforce Insurance is at the forefront of delivering purpose‑built solutions that power the digital transformation of insurance businesses. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, leveraging AI tools, Salesforce product, and technology stack to enhance solutions for the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for insurance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap, balancing customer requirements, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and address key customer pain points ensuring the product delivers measurable value.
  • Translate high‑level business requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable deliverables. Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to build scalable, intuitive, and high‑impact solutions.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive prioritization and trade‑offs across user experience, performance, and technical feasibility.
  • Leverage data‑driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Work closely with them to define go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the product capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, collaboration, automation, and enterprise service management to drive innovation.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results to the executive team ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology products, preferably in the insurance domain.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience in Agile product development, managing backlogs, sprints, and feature releases.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Proven track record of delivering products that drive measurable business impact, including customer adoption, revenue growth, or market share expansion.
  • Proven ability to navigate stakeholder alignment and communicate effectively with C‑suite executives and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Prior experience in insurance domain is a plus but not required.
