Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY’s commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Analyse and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Typically 4-7 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Experience in Custody Operations – Corporate Actions, Income, Settlements
