Join a well-established regional contractor with excellent secured works in the region. Our client is a regional contractor seeking to expand their management team with a Site Manager following growth in the Northwest. The Site Manager will manage new projects, delivering from inception to completion and hand‑over, with project values ranging from £5m to £15m.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing planning procedures and adhering to tight site time schedules.
• Organising labour and ensuring all sub‑contractors follow plans and meet deadlines.
• Delivering steel‑frame commercial and educational projects, including schools, universities or college extensions valued around £7 million.
• Maintaining the highest quality standards for New Build projects.

Required qualifications and skills:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
