We are supporting the appointment of an Assistant Store Manager for a prestigious retail brand in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a excellent leadership team in one of the brand’s most high profile stores globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing flagship team
- Drive KPIs, productivity, and commercial performance
- Deliver exceptional client engagement and luxury service
- Build and manage VIP client relationships
- Drive CRM activity, appointments, and repeat business
- Support appointments and VIP client experience
- Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards
- Identify opportunities to maximise trading performance
- Lead from the front with a hands on management style
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within a premium, luxury, or high-volume retail environment as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager.
- Proven ability to drive commercial performance within a fast-paced flagship or high-footfall location
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams
- Commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly customer focused
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, hands on, and confident operating within a dynamic retail environment
- Salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience
