About WITRON

WITRON is seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Manager to spearhead our operations and maintenance initiatives.

Salary

USD $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Role Overview

Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning. Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations. Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure an efficient team structure. Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability. Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management. Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving. Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory role; seven (7) years preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors required.
  • Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
  • Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to work any shift and be on-call as needed.
  • Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.
