We are a small but mighty team of four PEOPLE generalists who pride ourselves on getting stuck in and meeting our team ambitions. We include our Head of PEOPLE, Retail Business Partner, Office Business Partner and PEOPLE Coordinator. About You
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor stepping into a Business Partner role, or an established Junior Business Partner ready to take on greater ownership (5+ years’ experience).

Your Role
- Partner with leaders to drive PEOPLE strategy and align business priorities
- Support and deliver the UK PEOPLE Plan, ensuring strong implementation
- Manage the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to development
- Drive engagement through surveys, insights and targeted initiatives
- Lead wellbeing and DEI activities to create an inclusive environment
- Provide end‑to‑end generalist support, including ER, monthly processing of payroll and process optimisation
