Store Manager – 6 Month FTC

Premium Menswear Fashion Retailer – Designer Outlet York

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract at our Designer Outlet York location.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑performing outlet store for a brand known for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong presence within the menswear fashion market.

Location:

Designer Outlet York

(Outlet experience is highly desirable)

Salary:

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop a small retail team to deliver outstanding performance
• Drive key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with premium brand standards
• Maintain strong operational excellence including stock control and compliance
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage staffing, rotas and wage budgets effectively
• Act as a brand ambassador for a premium British heritage menswear retailer
