Tax Manager

Alexander Daniels are working with an established and growing professional services firm to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to join its advisory team in Leicester.

This is a senior role focused on leading client engagements, delivering high-quality tax advisory work, and building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries.

The Role

• Lead and manage a portfolio of tax advisory projects from start to finish
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external advisers
• Deliver clear, commercially focused tax advice
• Review and oversee technical work, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Support, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Identify opportunities for additional advisory work and process improvements
• Contribute to team targets and overall business performance

About You

• Strong UK tax advisory experience
• Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confident reviewing work and developing others
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, professional environment
