You’ll be joining at a pivotal stage, helping shape core systems, architecture, and engineering standards while delivering products that will directly influence the future direction of the business.
You’ll lead a small, high-performing team while remaining highly hands‑on, helping shape backend systems, delivery standards, and technical direction across a growing platform environment.
This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and execution, working closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, secure, production‑grade systems in a fast‑moving business.
What do you need?
