Flame Health & Associates LLP, a leading specialist in optical and healthcare recruitment across the UK, is working in partnership with a highly reputable Independent domiciliary provider to recruit a Domiciliary Optometrist covering East London and Essex.
With extensive experience placing Optometrists into community, independent and domiciliary settings, Flame Health understands the importance of clinical support, flexibility and professional autonomy — all of which this opportunity delivers.
The Opportunity
This is a flexible and rewarding role offering:
- £350 per day (with permanent pro rata option available)
- 1–3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
- No weekends
- 9:00am – 5:30pm working hours — regardless of travel location
- Coverage across East London & Essex
- Permanent opportunity available
This role is ideal for an Optometrist seeking improved work-life balance while maintaining high clinical standards in a fully supported environment.
Full Clinical Support Provided
You will be supported by an experienced Optical Advisor who will:
- Provide transport to and from locations
- Manage all paperwork and administration
- Support with dispensing
- Ensure clinics run smoothly and efficiently
This allows you to focus entirely on delivering professional eye examinations and patient care without operational distractions.
