Main duties of the job
As Health & Safety Lead, youll work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure robust health and safety practices are in place across the organisation.Youll lead on compliance, training, audits, and continuous improvementsupporting teams to understand and own their responsibilities while keeping people safe.This is a hands-on, visible role where youll build strong relationships across departments and drive meaningful change.
