Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Pre‑Construction Director, based in London. The Pre‑Construction Director will oversee all pre‑construction phases of projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with clients and project teams. Responsibilities include managing bids and proposals, developing project strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional departments, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role also involves risk assessment, resource allocation, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project viability and success.
