What will your day look like?

As a Director of Solution Consulting and a key member of the Solution Consulting leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our technology solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding our clients and internal stakeholders toward significant growth by deeply understanding their complex needs and crafting tailored, cutting‑edge technology solutions. You will take on responsibilities currently held by the Senior Director of Solution Consulting, translating complex requirements into clear roadmaps and innovative designs that empower our clients to thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Solution Consulting team, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on marketing technology trends and best practices. You will also network with our strategic partners.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Overseeing the design and implementation of complex marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • New Business Development: Actively participating in new business pursuits, including leading presentations, developing proposals, and contributing to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Vendor Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key technology vendors (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, etc.), staying abreast of new product developments and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Team Mentorship & Development: Mentoring and developing junior members of the Solution Consulting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Presenting compelling cases and case studies at industry events.
  • Serve as the go‑to technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy).
  • Act as a translator, transforming ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high‑level scoping.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view.

What do you bring to the table?

We’re seeking a highly experienced technology leader who embodies a rare combination of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to make a real impact.

  • You bring a passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for our clients and MAP.
  • You have a proven track record of leadership and success in a solutions consulting or related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management) at a senior level, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • You possess a strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms like: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, etc.
  • You are a natural communicator with exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any level audience in speech, writing and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships and managing different stakeholders.
  • Experience in direct new business development and business expansion.
