Job Details

Role Purpose

Act as the first point of contact for Business Systems support across Group venues, providing system assistance, administration, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support & Incident Management: Serve as first-line support for system queries; triage, resolve, or escalate issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders; provide user guidance and contribute to how-to notes.
  • Systems Administration: Maintain and configure core business systems under direction of the Manager to ensure reliability and quality outputs; produce regular management information.
  • Data Protection & Governance: Handle sensitive personal data in secure environments following company policies.
  • Operational Support: Complete refunds and reporting across payment systems; manage stocktake processes and administrative support to operational teams.
  • Administration & Delivery: Manage day‑to‑day administrative requirements and support delivery of departmental standards and deadlines.

Skills & Experience

  • High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Strong organization and time‑management, proactive, flexible, self‑managed.
  • Excellent customer care, teamwork, written and verbal communication with discretion.
  • Experience in maintaining and configuring systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality management information.
  • Experience in systemic data protection and governance.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings.
