Workday Program Lead – Workforce Planning & Skills (12m)

AXA UK is seeking a highly organised Workday Project Manager for a 12-month period in Glasgow. You’ll lead the implementation of Workday technology to support Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills mobilization across AXA UK. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, where you’ll work at least two days a week from an AXA office location.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Workday modules and project management methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery and change management.
