Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct and deliver user research across a range of digital products and experiences.
  • Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and behavioural analysis.
  • Translate research findings into clear insights, recommendations and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to influence decision‑making and product strategy.
  • Support the development of user journeys, personas and experience frameworks.
  • Manage research recruitment, testing logistics and synthesis of findings.
  • Advocate for user‑centred design principles across teams and projects.
  • Ensure research outputs are clear, actionable and aligned to business and user needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant UX research experience.
  • Strong understanding of user experience research methodologies and best practice.
  • Proven experience conducting and communicating research effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with online research and testing platforms such as Qualtrics, dScout and/or UserZoom.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross‑functional product and design teams.
