This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking research team at a time of growth and expansion. As a Research Facilitator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the management and coordination of both non-commercial and commercial contract research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing clear, professional advice and guidance to researchers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. Confident in liaising with commercial sponsors, Trust departments, universities, NIHR networks, and external research organisations to support feasibility, costing, contracts, and approvals.

Strong working knowledge of UK research governance frameworks, including HRA and MHRA approvals, ethics review, IRAS, NIHR requirements, iCT costing methodology, ICH‑GCP, and Research Passport processes, with a commitment to keeping knowledge up to date.

Skilled in maintaining accurate research information and performance data, identifying data quality issues, and supporting performance monitoring and reporting. Collaborative and supportive team member who contributes to SOPs, service improvement, and a positive, facilitative research culture. Professional, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to high‑quality research delivery.
