Role Overview
The Quality Development and Assurance Manager is an evolving role, leading the Quality Development and Assurance team. The role involves managing networks, working proactively, developing and leading a range of projects and assurance activities, and collaborating with risk management and Internal Audit to deliver projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting managers and teams in the development and refinement of operational processes
- Contributing to internal audits, sometimes working with external audit providers
- Supporting the development of risk management and assurance, including leading on the annual update of the Business Assurance Framework
