What You’ll Do

• Own and scale our core AI architecture including agentic workflows, embeddings, and low‑latency chat backing several core product features.
• Build secure, high‑availability infrastructure while meeting high engineering standards.
• Design observable and maintainable AI tooling and evaluation processes.
• Work across the stack – backend, frontend, AI DevOps.
• Drive new product features end‑to‑end from idea to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with founders on product strategy, technical direction, and customer feedback.
• Contribute to culture and early technical processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full‑stack engineer comfortable at a fast‑paced startup.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and GCP.
• 2‑3 years minimum proven industry experience building production systems – ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Minimum 1 year experience working on a production AI product.
• Strong proficiency with AI coding tools and bias toward agentic workflows and DevOps.
• Experience with backend system design; preference for GCP (Vertex AI, Firebase).
• Bonus: experience with compliance‑heavy domains (healthtech, fintech, security).
• Strong judgment, high agency, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Motivated by improving patient outcomes and building infrastructure for safer, faster innovation in healthcare.
