As we continue to scale our world‑class programmatic platform, we are looking for a Product Deployment Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of complex implementation projects, from business analysis to integration to testing to training, ensuring project milestones are achieved and anticipating issues by proactively proposing solutions. Location: London, Paddington. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our vibrant London office.

About the Role

In this dynamic 50/50 split role, you will balance technical proficiency with high‑impact client management. You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, guiding new media owners as they integrate with the VIOOH product suite. Whether you are performing database queries using SQL, testing APIs via Postman, or leading strategic workshops for commercial stakeholders, you are the primary point of contact during the critical onboarding phase. You won’t just follow processes; you will drive efficiency, solve complex integration challenges, and act as a trusted advisor to global partners.

What We’re Looking For?

  • Technical Integration Expertise: Your previous experience managing technical projects, ideally within AdTech, programmatic trading or broader SaaS. Previously you may have worked as a Technical Integrations Manager, Product Implementation Manager or a Technical Project Manager or similar.
  • Data Fluency: You are proficient in SQL for database queries, Postman for API testing (Get, Push, Patch), and have a strong understanding of ETL and metadata management.
  • Stellar Communicator: You can translate complex technical issues for non‑technical audiences and lead confident presentations or workshops for diverse stakeholders.
  • Organised Multi‑tasker: You are highly organised and methodical, successfully managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with a detail‑oriented and logical approach.
  • Problem Solver: You have a passion for solving customer challenges and the ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting opinions or technical requirements.
