Location and Work Model

This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in our London office (Fitzroy), with remote flexibility. We are scaling our engineering teams in London and looking for experienced Software Engineers.

Role Overview

You will join our Data application group, building a groundbreaking new Data Platform on top of mondayDB 3.0. The group focuses on providing high‑scale solutions and enabling data insight.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in shaping our product architecture and engineering excellence.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering practices to support the ever‑growing scale of users, features, and data.
  • Work alongside experienced and highly skilled developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting‑edge technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full ownership and responsibility from conception to post‑deployment in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech stack: React.js, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, DynamoDB, Redis, MySQL.

Qualifications

Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of building products that people love and use daily.
  • Full‑stack development experience, with a primary focus on products.
  • Deep product understanding and a passion for creating software that delivers an exceptional user experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Commitment to quality and simplicity in engineering and product development.
