Role Responsibilities
- Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
- Lead and inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
- Support children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families
- Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity and growth
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in early years education or above
- Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
- A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
