Position Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Whitstable. Join our energetic construction team and grow your career with a competitive package:

• On‑target earnings year 1: £30k + / £38k + (plus uncapped monthly commission)
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses for meeting targets and goals
• Office‑based role with one day on‑site a week

Responsibilities

• Lead a team or train new recruits in client engagement and recruitment processes
• Conduct client meetings and site visits across the region
• Develop and manage a high‑billing desk of £170k+
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and KPI standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑2 years of sales or recruitment experience
• Business‑to‑business and client‑facing experience
• Ambitious, team‑player mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
• Industry knowledge of construction and sector‑based recruitment
• Strong drive to exceed targets and grow within the company
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle required for client visits
