We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition engine (managing, optimising, and scaling campaigns that drive high-quality growth).
Reporting into the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll have real budget responsibility, the freedom to test and learn, and a direct line to commercial impact.
What you’ll do
- Own strategy and execution across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond)
- Continuously analyse and optimise performance across the full funnel
- Design structured experiments and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering to improve post-click conversion
- Build reporting frameworks and present performance recommendations to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Someone who thrives inside ad platforms and loves turning data into results
- Strong testing instincts and a bias toward measurable commercial impact
- Proven ability to manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Experience designing and executing structured experiments across creative, targeting, and bidding
- Comfortable managing significant budgets and balancing scale with efficiency
- Able to build clear reporting frameworks and communicate performance to senior stakeholders
- Collaborative by nature (you work well with Product, Design, and Engineering, not just in isolation)
