Research Physicist & AI Problem Designer

Mindrift is seeking specialists for project-based AI opportunities focused on testing and improving AI systems. Contributors will design original optics problems that simulate real physics research workflows and ensure these problems require complex reasoning across diverse physics areas.

This role requires a degree in Physics and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with strong English proficiency. Tasks are estimated at 10-20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation of up to $35 per hour based on experience and contribution level.
