Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Drainage Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out CCTV drainage surveys, diagnose drainage issues, maintain systems, and support remedial works across a range of domestic and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out CCTV drainage inspections and surveys
• Produce accurate, high‑quality survey reports
• Operate Solopro Plus and Crawler systems (or equivalent)
• Assess drainage systems and identify defects
• Estimate remedial works where required
• Identify opportunities for additional works such as patch lining and line cleaning
• Clear blockages and carry out HPWJ descaling works
• Work safely within confined spaces
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and third parties
• Receive and manage work instructions via systems and mapping software

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CCTV Drainage Engineer
• Strong knowledge of above‑ and below‑ground drainage systems
• Experience with blockage clearance and high‑pressure water jetting
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Computer literate and confident using portals/systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Well organised with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

(Training can be provided where required)

• High Pressure Water Jetting qualification
• Confined Spaces qualification
• OS19X: Pipe Sewer Condition Classification
• OS24: Drain & Sewer Inspection
• Water Jetting Safety Awareness
• Drain & Sewer Cleaning certification
