Position Summary

The Systems Development Engineer will be a key member of a new team pioneering automated build and deployment of Windows‑based services, adopting a code‑first, CI/CD approach to drive operational excellence and cross‑environment parity. Responsibilities include building Ansible‑based Infrastructure as Code and custom integrations with existing and new Windows services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines for Windows‑based services.
• Develop Ansible‑based Infrastructure as Code for deployment and configuration management.
• Integrate new and existing Windows services with CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and environment parity.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems).
• Professional experience in software development.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• Hands‑on systems engineering in networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high‑pace DevOps environment.
