Location: Derby

Salary: up to £48,000 basic salary

Working hours: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

Overtime: paid at 1.5x

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and support reactive maintenance and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across site M&E systems
• Work on systems including BMS, fire systems, HVAC/air conditioning, generators, and LV electrical distribution/switchgear
• Respond to and complete reactive tasks in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Prioritise and manage workload to ensure optimal service delivery
• Ensure all PPM tasks are completed in line with schedules and compliance standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Proven experience in building services / facilities maintenance
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
