We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead a multi‑skilled engineering team across high‑speed production and utility assets.

You’ll drive world‑class reliability by owning preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies, reducing unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCAs (root cause analysis).
• Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Develop engineering talent.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Own preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in reliability improvement.
• Experience with clean utilities.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
