We’re good at what we do — and we’re growing. We need an Technical Operations & Project leader to own the rhythm of how we deliver. This isn’t a back-office admin role. It’s the person who keeps 12–15 live projects on programme, makes sure our engineers are resourced correctly, runs risk, programme and collaboration front & centre, and keeps clients informed.
You’ll work directly with me and our Delivery Director. You’re probably around 30-40. You’ve grown up in a consulting or technical environment. You’re better at making things run smoothly than most people realise.

Qualifications
CEng / I Eng, HSE regs compliant, technology proficcient, drives, leadership and accountability. Ability to learn and influence.
Must have good verbal communication and client interaction skills. UK driving licnce and car.
