The Role – Senior SEO Consultant (SEO, GEO & AI)

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Consultant to become one of the first hires in our AEO team, working directly with our Head of AEO/SEO. Someone who is both strategic and deeply hands‑on. This is not a managerial oversight role, it’s senior ownership combined with craft-level execution.

This is not traditional SEO. It is category-defining work in a space that is being rewritten in real time. Brand authority, narrative control and visibility across AI surfaces all matter.

This role sits somewhere between:

  • SEO
  • AI search research
  • Product thinking
  • Enterprise strategy

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with the Head of AEO/SEO, Head of Go To Market and his team and work alongside Product & Engineering to fulfil parts of your job duties.

You’ll help clients understand and improve how they appear across AI systems by:

  • Analysing prompts, citations and visibility patterns
  • Turning insights into strategy and experiments
  • Owning SEO and AEO strategy for a portfolio of medium to enterprise clients, from audit through to roadmap and ongoing optimisation.
  • Running client calls, QBRs and strategic reviews with confidence and authority
  • Helping shape product direction through real-world learnings
  • Researching how LLMs retrieve and surface information

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and GTM teams and have direct influence over both client outcomes and platform development.

  • You have 5–7+ years in SEO
  • SEO/GEO Agency experience
  • Strong foundations across technical + content + strategy
  • Curious about AI search, AEO or GEO
  • Comfortable working with data and ambiguity
  • Still enjoy being hands‑on
