What You’ll Do

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care, manage and resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
• Sales: Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.
• Telesales: Seamlessly handle telesales calls in addition to assisting in‑store customers.
• Teamwork: Work flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
