About The Role
As a Sales Executive you will listen to customer needs, adapt your skills and knowledge to meet individual requirements, and work confidently to targets and deadlines. Your main responsibilities include generating customer appointments, prospecting to maximise car sales in a challenging, target‑driven environment. Full training will be provided for trainees, including brand accreditation courses and continuous internal support.
What we offer
- A basic salary of up to £27,000 plus On Target Earnings of up to £60,000 once you are accredited.
- Working hours that are five days per week on a rota basis covering between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, with every other weekend off.

Working Hours (41.5 hrs)
You will work five days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week. Every other weekend off.
Shifts Will Include
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday
- 10:30 am – 4:00 pm Sunday
