We’re working with a leading international professional services firm to hire a Senior Client Manager into their high-performing Business Development team.
This is a key role sitting at the centre of the firm’s strategic client programme, focused on deepening relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall client experience across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
The role
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver client strategy, combining insight‑led thinking with hands‑on delivery.
From developing and executing international client plans, to supporting panel pitches and driving engagement initiatives, this is a varied and highly visible role with real commercial impact.
Key areas include:
- Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of strategic clients
- Using client insight and data to identify growth opportunities
- Leading on client plans with clear revenue and engagement objectives
- Supporting high‑profile pitches, RFPs and client presentations
- Driving projects to improve the overall client experience
- Coaching and supporting more junior team members
About you
You’ll bring a strong background in business development, client management or strategic account management, ideally within a professional services environment.
You’re confident operating in a client‑facing, stakeholder‑heavy role, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery.
Experience working with complex, high‑value clients and contributing to revenue growth will be key, alongside strong communication and analytical skills.
