Salary: £40,000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Responsibilities

• Reletting properties
• Arranging inventory / check‑in
• Organising check‑out / deposit return / dilapidations
• Deposit dispute administration
• Reconciliation of incoming rents with client accounts
• Managing arrears
• Maintenance / repair management
• Organising contractor appointments (duplicate removed)
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Chasing outstanding works
• Organising gas / electrical safety certificates / EPCs
• Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
• Visiting properties and carrying out inspections

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in property management
• Very good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to provide a good level of client service
• Ability to calmly apply initiative and common sense in prioritising and managing a busy workload
• Full UK driving licence
