Join a remote, high‑performing digital agency. This is a pure paid social role, with a strong e‑commerce focus, working across a small number of premium brands.
This is a hands‑on paid social role (Meta + TikTok), but with a clear expectation that you think full funnel. You’ll be involved in strategy, execution, and performance analysis, while also contributing to creative direction and campaign thinking. We are looking for someone with excellent technical and account management experience.
They’re looking for someone who can bring energy to calls, build trust quickly, and confidently lead conversations. You’ll be supported by a Director of Paid Media and Head of Paid Media, alongside juniors and specialists, but expected to take real ownership of your accounts.
Qualifications
- Recent, hands‑on experience with e‑commerce brands
- Preferred background in fashion, beauty, home, or other premium/luxury products
- Agency experience, ideally within a smaller or boutique setup
- Comfortable managing both smaller and large‑scale budgets
- Strong client‑facing skills – able to lead calls, communicate clearly, and build trust
- High level of autonomy
- Low account load compared to most agencies
- Flexible working style, including freelance support where needed
