Location: London City – hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home

Key Requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law or related disputes
- Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
- Strong contentious employment law background
- Experience with complex matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves or partnership disputes
- Strong litigation, negotiation and ADR skills
- Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
- Excellent communication, judgement and client relationship skills
- Interest in business development, mentoring and long-term progression
Role & Responsibilities
- Advising on complex employment and partnership disputes
- Managing high-profile and sensitive client matters
- Supporting negotiations, dispute resolution and tribunal or court proceedings
- Working with sophisticated clients across financial and professional services
- Building client relationships and supporting business development
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
