Overview

Our client is a leading MEP consulting engineering practice in Yorkshire specialising in sustainable design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• The MEP Project Engineer is ultimately responsible for overseeing the smooth transition from design through installation and commissioning, providing a vital link of communication and project coordination.
• Fast track service installations regularly highlight the need to effectively control on‑site operations, programming and co‑ordination of M&E services, ensuring that programmed dates and volume of work are achieved with confidence.
• Oversee schemes from the preparation of business cases to procurement, design, construction delivery and operation, ensuring that customer needs are met at every stage.
• Provide accurate project reporting and cost monitoring from the initial brief to completion of the development, tailoring the role to suit site‑specific needs.

Qualifications

• Technically strong and design‑aware MEP professional with a successful track record of project and client management.
• Experience in managing technical project coordination and contract supervision within the built environment.
