Overview

Store to Home Administrator – Full Time (36.75 hours per week), 3‑Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts available Monday‑Sunday 6:00am‑8:00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour. B&Q Edinburgh.

What’s the job?

You’ll create a brilliant experience for every local customer who orders our products online. Working within our Store to Home delivery hub, you’ll collaborate with your hub team to process online orders, manage stock, maintain an accurate database of products and delivery schedules – and support colleagues across your store to answer customer queries. In short, you’ll ensure our online customer experience and delivery service is the best it can be.

What We Need

A brilliant organiser, problem solver and communicator. You’ll work closely with colleagues and most importantly, our customers. You’re great at working with numbers and spreadsheets to maintain data accuracy, and even better at working with people. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working, and you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
