We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Administrator to join our busy quality team!

Responsibilities
To contribute to the growth and success of the Company through providing administrative support to the Quality function of the business. This role is responsible for organising and reporting on the information in the Quality Management System.
- Organize, track and maintain information concerning the various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordination and follow up of policies, procedures, records and other documentation associated with the governing standards for HealthNet Homecare
- Data input in order to create QMS records
- Inputting of Incidents, Deviations and Complaints into the QMS
- Monitor and report on Deviations and their resulting Corrective and Preventive actions
- Monitor, report and provide reminders to members of the business on outstanding actions in the QMS
- Participate in the audit program for HealthNet Homecare, including but not limited to self-inspection, Quality Checks and Supplier audits when necessary.
- Support during audits and inspections of HealthNet Homecare where QMS interrogation is required
- Monitoring and reporting on the pest control programme
- Monitoring and reporting on temperature records
- Responsible for controlling internal and some external documents
- Champion organizational goals and values, and continual improvement of the existing processes, software and systems in place
- Support Quality or other HealthNet departments in various projects as assigned
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- A qualification or certificate in a quality related discipline or would consider experience of working in document control, audit or GDP environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to prioritise time efficiently, excellent problem solving skills, adaptability to change with conditions and circumstances is essential in successfully performing this job
- Capable of working independently and willing to take initiative when discrepancies are found in the system
- Good computer skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new programs
- A good working knowledge of quality requirements and management systems and/or GDP

- GCSES A-C / 9-4 in core subjects English and Maths
