Divisional Commercial Manager

As Divisional Commercial Manager, you will be joining a privately owned Main Contractor whose headquarters are in London. They have been established for over 60 years and have built a strong reputation across London and the South East. They primarily focus on the commercial sector but also deliver projects in healthcare, education, leisure, student accommodation and mixed‑use schemes. The project values vary from £10m – £80m with developments located across Central London.

You will be overseeing 3 lives projects which all have a team based on site that will report into you.

Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager

• Oversee the commercial performance of several projects simultaneously
• Monitoring profitability and project cash flow
• Reviewing procurement strategy
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Negotiating subcontract terms
• Resolving commercial disputes

Key Requirements of Commercial Manager

• Live within commutable distance to Central London
• Experience overseeing projects from procurement to final accounts
• Strong cut & carve/fit out experience
• Experience leading a team
