Duties and Responsibilities

  • Core administrative support – managing day‑to‑day tasks that keep the specialist teams organised, efficient and effective.
  • Prioritising business needs – helping the service run smoothly by managing workloads, deadlines and competing demands.
  • Supporting building management – working with the Business Services Team Leader to ensure our workspaces are safe, functional and welcoming.
  • Financial administration – handling essential financial processes to support team operations.

What Will I Need?

You should also have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Please refer to the attached Person Specification for the full criteria.

Interviews
